Rosemary
Rosemary is a perennial plant with wonderfully aromatic stems and leaves, often used for meat and fish dishes. It grows to about 1 meter and is a hardy shrub. The plant attracts many bees, and its leaves remain on the plant in winter. The flowering tips can be used for medicinal tea.

The plants are frost-sensitive, so protect them in time. Sow in March-April in a seedbed under glass or April-June in open ground. Prick out once and transplant in mid-May at 40x30 cm spacing. Protect from frost in winter. Harvest stems with leaves or flowering tips.
